Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we must be contacted by email within 7 days of purchase.  If a return is accepted it will be for a store credit or exchange only.

Exchanges/store credit will only be granted if:

- You notified us within 7 days of purchase.
- You return the item with our approval within 14 days of purchase;
- You produce your original thepartsman receipt at the time you return the item.
- The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that it is in its original packaging, (including     instruction manuals and all accessories), unopened, unused and in its original condition.

If these requirements are not satisfied thepartsman reserves the right not to offer an exchange or store credit.

- Goods purchased on sale are not returnable
- Goods specially ordered in and kit components are not returnable.  (Special order includes non-stocked items and bulk -more than our normal stock level- stocked items.)

- All freight on goods returned for credit are your responsibility. If your return is rejected you will need to pay for freight for the return of item to you.

- A restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price will be incurred.

- All returns must be explicitly approved by the thepartsman before the goods are returned to our store.
- Goods that are short supplied must be referred to thepartsman within 7 days of receipt.
- Please note that receipt of goods by our warehouse should not be seen as an obligation by us to issue a credit, or to provide you with a refund. If the return is not granted return freight (within 30 days) is your responsibility. 

Please chose wisely as returns are not always guaranteed.
