Return of Products

Products which we supply to you in accordance with your purchase order can only be returned to us with our express written approval which we do not have to provide to you. In particular we note;

1) All requests to return products to Nostalgia Motors must be submitted to us by you within 7 days from the date the products are supplied to you.

2) Where we accept the return of any products, at our discretion in all respects, the products must be delivered to us at your expense in original condition. It is at our discretion whether we accept the return of products not in the same condition as when it left here and what level of credit/refund is applied.

3) Refunds will be in the form of store credit.   In the event of a refund being negotiated we reserve the right to charge you, at our sole discretion, a cancellation of order fee of 15% for any products which we accept for return.

4) Non-refundable items:   
  • Fitted items
  • Hoses cut to specific length
  • Items procured that we don’t normally stock
  • Universal driveshaft loops
  • Products not fitted correctly
  • Products not used for their intended purpose


5) Freight is only refunded for faulty products.

6) Faulty products are replaced.

7) Cancellation of order:                                                                                        If a cancellation is received by email and acknowledged prior to the order being dispatched a full refund will be credited with the exception of items:

  • specifically procured that we don’t normally stock
  • already fitted
  • hoses cut to specific length


8) Force Majeure                                                                                             

We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay in the delivery of products or failure to supply any products or services where such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by an act of God, fire, labour dispute, civil commotion, interference of a government, inability to obtain labour or any other cause beyond our control.
