Please choose wisely as we will no longer return items because you have changed your mind about your purchase.  Change of mind can include incorrect size, colour, type, thread, item.

Sale items are non-returnable.

Special order items are non-returnable.  (Special order includes non-stocked items and bulk -more than our normal stock level- stocked items.)

Exchanges/store credit/refund will only be granted if:

- It is a warranty issue or we have sent the incorrect product.
- You return the item with our approval within 14 days of purchase;
- You produce your original thepartsman receipt at the time you return the item.
- The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that it is in its original packaging, (including instruction manuals and all accessories), unopened, unused and in its original condition.

If these requirements are not satisfied thepartsman reserves the right not to offer an exchange or store credit.

- All returns must be explicitly approved by the thepartsman before the goods are returned to our store.  Please note that receipt of goods by our warehouse does not mean there is an obligation by us to issue a credit, or to provide you with a refund.

- All freight on goods returned for credit are your responsibility. If you return without approval and the return is rejected you will need to pay for freight for the return of item to you.

- A restocking fees of up to 40% of the purchase price will be incurred.
