Electric Fuel Pump
The Aeroflow Performance fuel pumps are a proven rotor/vane design that gets the job done affordably for your carburettor fuel system. Aeroflow have three different options available:
Aeroflow Red 97GPH Fuel Pump.
Low pressure fuel pump, operates at a free flow of 97GPH at a set pressure of 7psi (0.48BAR) and does not require the use of a fuel regulator. This meets the flow requirements of most regular carburettor applications. This motor draws 2 amps of current and an 8amp fuse is recommended. Compatible with Unleaded fuel only.
Aeroflow Blue 110GPH Fuel Pump.
High pressure fuel pump, operates at a free flow of 110GPH at a set pressure of 14psi (0.96BAR). We recommend the use of a carburettor fuel regulator. This meets the flow requirements of high performance carburettor applications. This motor draws 2 amps of current and an 8amp fuse is recommended. Compatible with Unleaded fuel only.
Aeroflow Black 140GPH Fuel Pump.
High pressure fuel pump, operates at a free flow of 140GPH at a set pressure of 14psi (0.96BAR). We recommend the use of a carburettor fuel regulator. This meets the flow requirements of high performance carburettor applications. This motor draws 2 amps of current and an 8amp fuse is recommended. Compatible with Unleaded, E85, Methanol and Diesel. (When running Alcohol fuels the service life will be reduced and filter maintenance must be increased).
Note: MUST be located below and as close to the fuel tank as possible, to allow for an adequate fuel supply. It is designed to push the fuel and not pull the fuel out of the tank. The pump should be mounted on the chassis, in a vertical position with the pump motor at the top. All pumps feature two female 3/8" NPT ports on either side. They can be serviced from the pump end with repair kits that are readily available.
