Warranty Policy

Aeroflow products are manufactured to industry standard specifications from quality materials. Utmost care is taken to ensure products are free from blemishes, inconsistencies and defects. Aeroflow products carry a one year (12 month) warranty from the date of purchase. However, warranty will be void if the product is not used in the correct way for which it was intended. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.

thepartsman will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair, where:

  1. the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or              
  2. the product is not fit for its intended purpose; or                       
  3. the product does not match the sample or our description; and
  4. you can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCES

Before any warranty claim is made, we ask that you ensure that the product is being correctly used and any trouble shooting procedures have been followed.  You may contact us for advice on this. Phone: (07) 846 1623 or email: parts@nostalgiamotors.co.nz   At this point we reserve the right to have time to consult with the Warranty department at Rocket Industries (Aeroflow Performance Parts)

N.B.  Products will not be accepted for Warranty returns without contact prior to return.

If the problem continues, thepartsman should be contacted.  At this point we may ask you to either provide video or photographic (in the case of static parts) evidence of the problem in situ or return the part for testing.  We may elect or be required to return the product to the manufacturer or Rocket Industries (Aeroflow Performance Parts) to determine the nature of the problem.

N.B If the part is not proven faulty the testing will be at your cost. 

N.B. All freight and other costs associated with the return of the product, to our business address will be at your cost.

Should the product sent back for testing be found not to be defective from manufacturing or component defect, all return freight and testing charges will be your responsibility and will need to be paid, in advance of the product being return to you.

Should the product/s sent back to us be proven to be faulty, not of acceptable quality or component defect, the product will then be repaired, replaced, exchanged or a refund granted to you. 

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault/s;

  1. Is a result of misuse or neglect
  2. Failure to use part or product, in accordance with manufactures instructions, including failure to correctly install
  3. Water damage, or corrosion.

All warranty claims, must be made within 1year of the date of purchase.

The use of our products for motorsports purposes, in most circumstances, is contrary to the manufacturer’s design specifications and not in accordance with the manufactures instructions.  Accordingly, the use of our products in motorsports, will, in most circumstances, void the products warranty.
